Well, I just got done with my 2008 Heritage box break (video to come shortly) and while I was mainly pleased with the selection of cards I got, I was pretty surprised to find that the majority of the packs (21 out of 24 to be exact) only had 7 cards instead of 8. Now, two of the remaining three packs had relic cards in them, so I expected only 7 cards in those packs.

Is there anything I can do about this? Is there any way I can write to Topps and explain this problem? And, if so, are they generally good about responding to this type of inquiry?

I appreciate any feedback you might have on this.

I figured out what it was.

As I was sorting out the cards from this box, I realized I got no black-back parallel cards.

Just because a card is thicker, it doesn't give them the right to short you cards. It seems like false advertising. They could just throw in an Aaron Miles. This activity hurts set builders.
