Well, I just got done with my 2008 Heritage box break (video to come shortly) and while I was mainly pleased with the selection of cards I got, I was pretty surprised to find that the majority of the packs (21 out of 24 to be exact) only had 7 cards instead of 8. Now, two of the remaining three packs had relic cards in them, so I expected only 7 cards in those packs.
Is there anything I can do about this? Is there any way I can write to Topps and explain this problem? And, if so, are they generally good about responding to this type of inquiry?
I appreciate any feedback you might have on this.
